PartyTip #1 - Individual IceCream Serves

If planning on serving ice-cream with dessert...pre-scoop the ice-cream into cupcake liners (I think the silicone ones would be bestbut the normal ones would work too) and re-freeze. This way the ice-cream is ready to go in individual portions...you can even have the sprinkles already on them. Have seen this idea on a few party pages and thought it was definately worth sharing...a much more affordable option than buying individual icecreams for guests and no worries of messing scooping while everyone is watching. I would probably suggest either wrapping tray full of ice-creams in glad wrap or putting them inside a freezer safe container to avoid ice crystals forming on top of ice-cream.   1. Sounds great! You could add a little bit of whipped cream and they would be like the old fashioned icecream cakes that were really yummy too.
